Welcome to Casa A Pastora, a charming hotel in the town of Cambados in Pontevedra just opposite of the natural park of Monte A Pastora.  Our region is land of Albariño grapes from which spring the best wines with quality standards.

In the cozy living room of Casa A Pastora you can have breakfast or book your dinner. Dinners are formed of a typical Galician menu, where you can find dishes with excellent fresh and organic products from our vegetable garden and from the Rias Baixas Sea, such as the stew poplar or scallop casserole, always accompanied by excellent Albariño Igrexario of Saiar produced from our own vineyards.

Basically all the food we use in our kitchen in Casa A Pastora is our own organic products. Seafood, always fresh, sourced from our sea platforms with clams, cockles and mussels. As long as other 100% ecological products produced in our own garden where you can see the vegetables grow.

Iglesia de Santa Mariña Dozo

The church of Santa Mariña Dozo was built in the fifteenth century by order of the lady of the town, Maria Ulloa, on a twelfth-century Romanesque chapel.

In the nineteenth century it was abandoned and today only ruins of what was once the parish church with big cross arches and five lateral chapels. The sailor Gothic architectural style, with reliefs shaped balls on the arches, the sacristy and the altar.

Monte A Pastora - Cambados

The A Pastora Mountain is located very near the center of Cambados and near the ruins of the Church of Santa Mariña Dozo. With a height of 58 m above sea level, and as a whole it is full of ancient legends and traditions. Today it has become a recreational area that is the enjoyment of all. From its vantage point you can see a breathtaking views of Arousa sea, the ruins of Santa Mariña Dozo and the Tower of San Sadurniño.

Playa de la Torre de San Sadurniño

San Sadurniño Tower is located in the seaside neighborhood of Santo Tomé, in the city of Cambados. This tower is on a small island called “A Figueira“, these are the remains of a medieval fortress tower. This wonderful tower is connected to the town by a long narrow bridge of 170 meters.

Pazo de Fefinanes - Cambados

Fefiñáns Square is formed by the Pazo de Fefiñáns, the arch-bridge, watchtower and the Church of San Benito, one of the most beautiful and admired architectural ensembles of Galicia. Formerly known as the Market Square, where it was held weekly.


Route of the Stone and Water runs along the riverside Armenteira passing through the villages of Ribadumia and Meis through the region of O Salnés. Through this path you can enjoy the natural environment and experience different mills, fountains and historical outdoors laundries in various states of preservation.

Museo Molino de Mareas A Seca

The Mill Museum A Seca built in 1622 by D. Gonzalo de Valladares, I Viscount Fefiñáns in Cambados parish of San Amedio of Corvillón, between the tips of Fefiñáns and Tragove, has the peculiarity that worked with the rise and fall of the tides.

Pazo de Ulloa Cambados

Pazo do Ulloa with the name of “The House of Pazos” and “Pazo Quintanilla”. It was built on the site occupied by the former home of Don Lope Sanchez de Ulloa by his daughter Ms. Maria Sanchez de Ulloa, being residence of his Don Diego de Acevedo, military, and D. Alonso III Fonseca, archbishop of Santiago and Toledo and one of the promoters of the University of Santiago de Compostela.


The Wine Museum in Cambados is the first museum of Galicia and one of the first in Spain this subject. It provides a journey through the history, art, geography and popular culture, wine and all aspects of wine from the Rias Baixas is. It comes complete with a series of rooms inside and outside exhibitions.

Islas Cies

Cies Islands, belonging to Vigo city, form an archipelago at the mouth of the sea of the same name, in the Rias Baixas in Galicia, in the province of Pontevedra (Spain), consists of three islands: North or Monteagudo, middle or do Faro and San Martiño or South. The first two are artificially united by a natural breakwater and the beach of Rodas Beach.

A Illa de Arousa

A Illa de Arousa is an island located in the heart of the sea of the same name, in the province of Pontevedra, Galicia (Spain). It has an area of 7 square kilometers, in which nearly 5,000 people live concentrated on a narrow isthmus (and vicinity)

Islote de Areoso

Areoso Islet is a protected natural area, located to the north of A Illa de Arousa, to which it belongs. It is an island of almost 9 hectares, low and consists almost entirely of fine sand, so it has its characteristic appearance of sea dune.

Amare Turismo Naútico - Ruta Xacobea

Through this route we will sail along the waters of Arousa Sea to the port of Pontecesures, located in the town that shares its name. Just 2 kilometers away is the town of Padrón, a land of great writers and poets, and just 25 km. Santiago de Compostela.

Sail through the waters of the Isle of Cortegada belonging to the Atlantic Islands National Park and also see their smallest islands such as Malveiras and Briñas Islands.

We will leave from the port and begin a route that at all times we will be surrounded by mussel platforms and typical boats.
